The rules for using KeepOnTrack

Terms and Conditions

These terms explain your rights and responsibilities when you use the KeepOnTrack iOS app and its related services.

Last updated August 15, 2026

01 Nutrition information, not medical advice

KeepOnTrack helps you record and review information, but it is not a medical service or a substitute for professional care.

02 Subscriptions are managed by Apple

Apple handles billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund requests for subscriptions purchased in the App Store.

03 Use the app lawfully and responsibly

Your account is personal. Do not misuse the app, interfere with it, or try to access another person’s data.

01

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and PREDRAG BOGDANIC PR CODING ZONE (“Coding Zone,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the developer and operator of KeepOnTrack. They apply to the KeepOnTrack iOS application and related services that link to these Terms (together, the “Service”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 16 years old to use KeepOnTrack. If you have not reached the age of legal majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you where required by law.

You may use the Service only if you can legally enter into this agreement and your use is not prohibited by applicable law.

02

The KeepOnTrack service

KeepOnTrack is a food-diary and nutrition-tracking app. It may let you search for foods, scan product barcodes, record meals, review calorie and nutrient totals, save frequently used meals, attach an optional meal photo, manage subscription access, and optionally sync logged nutrition to Apple Health.

Available features may depend on your device, operating-system version, country or region, app version, permissions, and subscription plan. We may introduce, change, or remove features as described in these Terms.

03

Health and nutrition notice

KeepOnTrack is provided for general informational and personal record-keeping purposes. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. It is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, registered dietitian, or other qualified healthcare professional.

Nutrition values, barcode results, product details, calculations, and other information may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate because they can come from manufacturers, third-party databases, calculations, or information entered by users. Check product labels and consult a qualified professional before making decisions that could affect your health, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, take medication, or have specific dietary needs.

Never rely on KeepOnTrack to identify allergens, determine whether food is safe to consume, or identify interactions or contraindications involving medication. Verify ingredients and warnings on the current product packaging, and contact the manufacturer or a qualified healthcare professional when accuracy is important.

KeepOnTrack is intended to support informed, responsible nutrition tracking. It must not be used to promote or pursue dangerously low food intake or other unsafe eating practices. If tracking contributes to distress, compulsive behavior, or a harmful relationship with food, stop using the Service and seek support from a qualified healthcare professional.

For urgent medical concerns

Contact your local emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional. Do not rely on KeepOnTrack in an emergency.

04

Accounts and security

KeepOnTrack uses Sign in with Apple. Your account is personal to you, and you must not sell, transfer, share, or let another person use it. You are responsible for keeping your Apple account and device secure and for activity that occurs through your KeepOnTrack account.

Information you provide must be accurate and lawful. Contact us promptly at predrag@codingzone.io if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

05

License and intellectual property

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use KeepOnTrack on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, as permitted by Apple’s usage rules. The App is licensed, not sold.

KeepOnTrack is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a valid custom end-user license agreement is provided through the App Store. These Terms govern the KeepOnTrack Service and your relationship with us; Apple’s terms also govern your use of the App Store and Apple’s services.

We and our licensors retain all rights in the App, its software, design, branding, and original content. Third-party food and product information, open-source software, and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate licenses or terms.

06

Your content and feedback

You keep ownership of content you add to your private account, such as diary entries, saved meals, notes, and meal photos (“Your Content”). You give us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display Your Content only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and support the Service for you. This license ends when Your Content is deleted, subject to reasonable backup periods and legal retention described in our Privacy Policy.

You must have the right to use any content you add. Do not add content that is unlawful, infringes another person’s rights, contains malicious code, or is intended to interfere with the Service. KeepOnTrack does not provide a public feed or let users publish diary content to other users through the App.

If you voluntarily send us ideas or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation, but we do not acquire ownership of Your Content merely because you use the Service.

07

Subscriptions and purchases

KeepOnTrack offers automatically renewing monthly and annual subscriptions purchased through Apple’s App Store. We use RevenueCat to display subscription offers, validate purchases, and manage access to paid features. Before you confirm a purchase, Apple’s purchase screen will show the selected plan, billing period, price, and currency. Apple processes the payment and applicable taxes; neither we nor RevenueCat receive your full payment-card or bank-account details.

Both the monthly and annual plans include a seven-day free trial for subscribers Apple determines are eligible. Trial eligibility depends on your App Store subscription history, and you may not be eligible for repeated trials. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial converts to the selected paid plan and the subscription renews automatically for that plan’s billing period. To avoid a charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current subscription period ends. Apple may charge your payment method within 24 hours before the next period begins.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account’s subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless Apple or applicable law provides otherwise. Deleting KeepOnTrack, signing out, or deleting your KeepOnTrack account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.

Refund requests are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms and applicable consumer law. You can request a refund from Apple. We may change subscription pricing or available plans through the App Store, with any notice or consent required by Apple or applicable law.

08

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purpose;
  • access or attempt to access another person’s account or data;
  • interfere with the Service, its security, servers, networks, or other users;
  • introduce malware, overload the Service, or use automated tools to scrape or extract data;
  • bypass subscription, access, rate, or security controls;
  • copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or its content without permission; or
  • reverse engineer or attempt to derive the App’s source code, except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits it.

We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate action to protect users, the Service, our rights, or comply with law.

09

Third-party services and information

KeepOnTrack relies on third-party services to provide authentication, cloud storage, subscriptions, analytics, crash reporting, Apple Health syncing, and food and product information. Some features may be subject to the provider’s own terms and privacy practices. Our Privacy Policy identifies the principal providers and explains how they process information.

Third-party services and databases may change, become unavailable, or contain errors. We do not control third-party content and do not guarantee that it will always be accurate or available. This does not limit any responsibility we have under applicable law.

10

Privacy and Apple Health

Our Privacy Policy explains what information KeepOnTrack collects, why we use it, the service providers involved, how long information is retained, and your privacy choices. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

Apple Health syncing is optional and controlled by your permissions. KeepOnTrack writes only the nutrition information you choose to sync and does not read Apple Health data. You can change Health permissions in iOS Settings.

11

Availability, updates, and service changes

We work to keep KeepOnTrack available and functioning, but the Service may sometimes be interrupted, delayed, or unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control. Internet access and compatible Apple hardware and software may be required.

We may update, improve, restrict, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service. When reasonably possible, we will give advance notice of a material change that negatively affects paid features. Any remedy for discontinued paid access remains subject to applicable law and Apple’s App Store rules.

12

Suspension, termination, and account deletion

You may stop using KeepOnTrack at any time. You can delete your account from Profile → Delete Account. If you cannot use the in-app flow, contact predrag@codingzone.io. Deleting the App from your device does not by itself delete your account or data.

Account deletion is permanent and generally cannot be undone or recovered. It does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription; cancel the subscription separately in your Apple account if you do not want it to renew. We may retain limited records as described in the Privacy Policy where needed for subscription administration, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create a security or legal risk, misuse the Service, or if we are legally required to do so. Where reasonable and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination—including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, and dispute provisions—remain in effect.

13

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or that nutrition and third-party information will always be complete or accurate. Mandatory warranties and consumer rights that apply where you live are not excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, or data, arising from use of or inability to use the Service. We remain responsible for direct and reasonably foreseeable loss caused by our breach where applicable law requires it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law so provides.

14

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of mandatory consumer laws and access to the competent courts available to you in your country of residence.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally and in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the competent courts of Serbia will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law lets you bring a claim in another court. These Terms do not require binding arbitration.

15

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms when KeepOnTrack’s features, business model, providers, or legal obligations change. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where reasonably possible or legally required.

Changes apply from their stated effective date and do not retroactively reduce rights that have already accrued. If you do not agree with revised Terms, you should stop using the Service and cancel any active subscription through Apple.

16

General provisions

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, Apple’s applicable terms, and any additional terms presented for a specific feature or purchase constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure or delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

You may not transfer your account or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, sale of our business or assets, or by operation of law, subject to notice where required.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
